im pretty sure 360 gamers are stuck playing awesome games. They are technically advanced enough for me and millions more to be more than satisfied with the games for 360.

the 360 constoller does not have an unfair advantage at street fighter 4, because Street fighter is traditionally played with a joystick, not a D-pad. So the thumbstick on PS3 and 360 controllers works just fine.
i dont think they are scared. But it makes sense for Microsoft to be more concerned with competition that is more even compared to them. I mean the Wii is more like a high selling toy than a game system, and MS knows they wont catch up to Wii sales. So they might as well focus on competing with Sony, who makes similar games of quality, not cheap $10 Wii balloon games.
The reason you dont see as much players talking on XBL is because most of them are in party chat. Obviously if they are in party chat they cant communicate with anyone in the room. They may be communicating with some people on their team in party chat, or with completely different people in other games. I do it sometimes too. Remove Smoke grenades or make it so people do not spawn with them and can only pick them up on the map
Increase overall connection issues with multiplayer, such as constant lag. gears 2 is the ONLY game i will EVER lag in.
Reduce or remove host advantage. It still exists from the first game, Epic lied and said it was gone. After putting more than 30 hours into MP alone i can safely say its still there.
